usage of public transport. This article describes how effective
information distribution can aid in this process.
It discusses how providing current information
to passengers where and when they need it provides them with choices
and control, thereby decreasing the anxiety and stress associated
with waiting at a bus stop.
A change in public perception of bus
transport is seen to eventually result in an increase in passenger
numbers.
