* To be eligible for the conference partner rate,
you must be staff/member of the ITSA or one of the sponsoring organisations.
To be eligible for the group rate, you must register three or more
delegates and all forms must be submitted together with payment.
# You must be a fulltime student and must provide a copy of your
student ID to receive this rate.
Registration includes:
• Attendance at all sessions
• Cocktail Hour
• Lunches, morning and afternoon teas
• Conference satchel, which contains handbook (includes Conference
Papers).
Please note that special rates apply for group bookings (3 or more
delegates registering at once) and Conference Partners (Staff/Members
of Sponsors and Endorsers). You must register using the hard copy
form (available soon) to receive the group rate.
Payment
All prices quoted in this brochure are in Australian dollars and
are inclusive of 10% GST. Cheques or drafts must be made payable
to Transport Roundtable Australasia in Australian currency and drawn
on an Australian bank.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations for registration and accommodation will only be accepted
in writing. Cancellations made prior to 12 August 2005 will be refunded
less 30% to cover administration costs. No registration refunds
will be made after this date. Alternatively, your registration may
be transferred to another person without penalty. This transfer
must be made to the Conference Manager in writing.
