Malcolm is an Architect and Town Planner based in Abingdon near Oxford. As an urban design consultant he is involved in a wide range of complex urban projects in the UK, Hong Kong and Thailand. Transport plays a central role in all his projects ranging from planning bus-only routes and 'home zones' in English Urban Villages to designing high-density commercial complexes over MTR metro stations in Hong Kong. He will be involved in a forthcoming town planning study to create high-density mixed use Transit Development Zones around the elevated and underground transit stations in Bangkok so that new development and transport in this congested city are better planned in the future. |
