Bill Guy is an Associate with Connell Wagner. Since February 1997 Bill has had unequalled experience in the planning, detail design and implementation of the South East Busway. His involvement includes the initial route identification, concept development of the alignment structures and stations, public consultation, through to detail design and covers a broad range of engineering and social issues. Bill has a background in the design and construction of building structures and civil infrastructure projects. He holds professional qualifications in engineering.
